Endurance

Wellness/Fitness

 

This year I have grown a lot in Wellness and Fitness, but I think I have grown the most in endurance. I have many artifacts to show this such as my jump rope video. For this video I had to be able to jump rope for an entire minute. This took a lot of work and practice. We had to learn moves such as left foot which is where you jump on your left foot only.

 

Another artifact to show this growth is the continuous jog. At the beginning of the year we jogged for 1 minute every fitness class and I could barely do it. Now we jog for about 5 minutes and it is easy for me.  

 

This will help me in the future because I will be able to do things harder and for longer periods of time. This way if I need to go places I am more likely to get there on time. I will be able to function in a workplace for several hours every day.

This is a video of my class jogging. This shows that I can jog for a long time period.
